Youth Course – Curso para Jóvenes

First project: Free Youth Bridge Course

This site has been created to help promote Bridge in Valencia. The first project is to introduce the game to new youth players. To that end, a free course is being offered in English and Spanish on Saturday mornings. The course will run for 6 weeks from 22 May to 30 June. The hour-long course will be offered at 10AM in English and 11:30AM in Spanish. Ateneo Mercantil (Plaza de Ayuntamiento) has graciously ceded the use of their bridge room for the course.

Future projects may include delivering the youth classes at the schools, creating a partner finder for players in Valencia, chats for adults and intermediate players, as well as other projects you suggest.

Primer Proyecto: Curso Gratuito de Bridge para Jóvenes

Este sitio se creó para promocionar el Bridge en Valencia. El primer proyecto introduce el juego a nuevos jugadores jóvenes. Para este fin, se oferecerá un curso gratuito los sábados por la mañana. Se impartirá el curso durante 6 semanas del 22 de mayo hasta el 30 de junio. El curso de una hora se ofrecerá en inglés a las 10h y en castellano a las 11:30h. Ateneo Mercantil (Plaza de Ayuntamiento) ha cedido generosamente su sala de Bridge para el curso.

Proyectos futuros pueden incluir llevar las clases para jóvenes hasta los colegios, la creación de un directorio para emparejar jugadores que buscan juegos, además de otros proyectos que sugerís.
